About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an exciting Contract opportunity in Landover, MD. This is a contract position with a duration of 13 weeks, requiring an evening shift with 8-hour shifts, totaling 40 hours per week. The guaranteed pay rate is between $30 - $36 per hour.
Requirements
- Active PTA License.
- Strong communication skills.
- Outpatient rehabilitation experience required.
Nice To Haves
- BLS Certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with treatment plans and therapeutic exercises.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs.
- Document treatment sessions accurately.
- Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment.
