Requirements
- Active Virginia Physical Therapist Assistant License Required
- Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
- Strong Communication and Documentation Skills
- Commitment to Delivering Exceptional Patient Care

- Home Health Experience Preferred but Not Required
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the supervising therapist
- Educate patients and caregivers on mobility, exercises, and safety strategies
- Assist patients in achieving rehabilitation goals
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
