Requirements

• Valid PTA license in Kansas or Missouri
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in the home under the direction of a licensed PT
• Follow the physician plan of care to support patient progress
• Communicate with the care team to ensure quality and safety
• Use clinical judgment to deliver effective treatments
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow all safety, compliance, and infection control standards
