We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time home health Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) in and around Lancaster, serving the adult and geriatric population. This position is paid on a per-visit basis, with compensation determined by experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility depends on employment status and weekly hours, with some roles offering medical benefits only, while others include both medical benefits and PTO. Additional benefits may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Requirements

Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
BLS CPR certification
Reliable transportation
Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT
Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function
Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
