About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support an outpatient rehabilitation team in delivering high-quality patient care. Requirements
- Active or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
- New graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized care plans to support patient recovery and functional improvement
- Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional training
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment
- Manage a daily caseload efficiently while maintaining quality of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Adapt to clinic workflows, including potential floating to nearby locations as needed
