Floating Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Sr. Living Communities
About The Position
A full-time floating Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) position is available in multiple senior living communities. The successful candidate will float to facilities located in Augusta, Hallowell and Waterville. This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus! Preferred Therapy Solutions is a therapy company owned and operated by therapists, focusing on appropriate and ethical patient care. Management members have experience in similar roles, understanding therapist needs for success and work-life balance. They offer a generous paid time off package and a continuing education department.
Requirements
- Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
- Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
- Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
- Work well with others in a team setting
- Be flexible with hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in the Assisted Living, Independent Living and memory care settings.
- Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
