Floating Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - Sr. Living/ ALF/ Memory Care
About The Position
A Per-Diem floating Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) position is available in multiple senior living communities in the assisted living, independent living and memory care settings. The successful candidate will float to facilities located in: Calais, Machias and Jonesport, ME. Preferred Therapy Solutions is owned and operated by therapists, focuses on appropriate and ethical patient care, and understands what therapists need to be successful. Requirements
- Possess a current PTA license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
- Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
- Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
- Work well with others in a team setting
- Be flexible with hours
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in the assisted living, independent living and memory care settings
- Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
