About The Position

Physical Therapist Assistants are invited to join the Benchmark Physical Therapy team for a flexible income opportunity in outpatient orthopedics in Evansville, IN. This role offers a Visit-Based-Earnings (ViBE!) model, allowing PTAs to control their caseload and maximize their earning potential while helping the community achieve a more active life. The position provides flexibility in schedule, income, and work-life balance, with options for part-time or full-time employment. Requirements

• Active or pending Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Indiana (or eligible).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (or upcoming graduate).

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance to patients.
• Manage caseload and schedule according to personal capacity.
• Deliver excellent care and coding.
• Utilize efficient documentation and scheduling systems.
• Participate in structured onboarding and support.
