About The Position

Physical Therapists are needed to join the Results PT team, offering a flexible income opportunity in outpatient ortho. This role allows therapists to maximize their earning potential while helping the community achieve a more active life through a new Visit-Based-Earnings (ViBE!) offering. Therapists are in control of their caseload, with the company providing the skills and tools for success. This flexibility allows for earning income while keeping skills sharp, or for earning more than a second weekend job. The role offers flexible schedules, autonomy and control over caseload, straightforward pay, efficient documentation and scheduling systems, industry-leading outcomes informed by data, and structured onboarding and support. Requirements

• Active / pending Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or eligible)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent care delivery and coding.
• Minimize time spent documenting through efficient systems.
• Utilize data to inform care models and achieve industry-leading outcomes.
• Participate in structured onboarding and support.
