About The Position
Aquacare and Fitness Forum Physical Therapy, a physical-therapist-owned private practice with 12 clinics across Maryland and Delaware, is seeking an orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their team. Requirements
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work with a wide variety of patients including post-surgical, athletes, and geriatric individuals.
- Willingness to provide meaningful one-on-one time with patients.
- Ability to provide hands-on care and individualized treatment.

Responsibilities
- Treat and work directly with patients.
- Deliver hands-on care through the whole session.
- Work from the plan of care with the evaluating physical therapist.
- Complete documentation using Prompt EMR with AI-assisted notes.
- Collaborate with physical therapists, other PTAs, and techs.
- Participate in structured check-ins on shared patients.
- Contribute to the progression of the plan of care.
- Specialize in areas such as aquatic therapy, lymphedema treatment, balance and vestibular work, neurologic rehabilitation, or sports rehabilitation.

- $27 to $35 per hour, depending on experience
