About The Position

Delta View Post-Acute in Antioch is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their elite, in-house therapy team. This PRN role offers flexibility and a premier clinical environment, allowing you to work directly with a facility that treats you like family. As a PTA, you will deliver high-quality therapeutic treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive patient recovery, empower families and staff through training, and maintain gold-standard documentation.

Requirements

• Valid California PTA License in good standing.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team (PT, OT, SLP) to drive patient recovery and successful discharges.
• Empower families and nursing staff through maintenance program training and restorative care advocacy.
• Maintain gold-standard documentation in compliance with PT Board requirements.
