About The Position
Join FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers, a leading outpatient physical therapy clinic specializing in orthopedics, balance, and vestibular rehab. This role offers the opportunity to focus on patient care with a low daily patient volume of approximately 12 patients per day, allowing for 1-on-1 patient care with 40-minute sessions. The clinic provides a supportive, tech-enabled environment with advanced rehab technology and AI-assisted documentation to reduce charting time.
Requirements
- Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility)
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred (new grads welcome)
Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through exercise programs and rehabilitation plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as directed
- Educate patients on home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
