FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing outpatient team in West Ft. Myers. Requirements
- Active PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment
- New graduates encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and functional activities
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery progression
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with the clinical team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support a positive, patient-centered clinic environment
