About The Position
Concept Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their outpatient team in Ironton, MO. The PTA will assist in providing high-quality physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients improve mobility, strength, and overall function in accordance with APTA standards and state licensure laws. Concept Rehab has been therapist-owned and operated for over 40 years, providing a supportive, team-oriented environment with access to ongoing education, tools, and leadership support.
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in Missouri (required)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Dedication to providing compassionate, high-quality care
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient or rehabilitation experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Instruct and motivate patients in therapeutic exercises and functional activities
- Accurately document patient progress and report updates to the therapy team
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, families, and facility staff
