About The Position

Provides patient care services to patients of all ages in accordance with the plan of care developed by the evaluating therapist. This includes implementing the treatment plan, assessing the effectiveness of the treatment, communicating and collaborating with the evaluating physical therapist to promote maximum benefits from therapy, and educating patients/caregivers. The role also involves documenting the provision of care according to current standards based on professional association and regulatory guidelines, and submitting appropriate, accurate, and timely billing information for services rendered.

Requirements

  • Must be certified by the State of Colorado.
  • Must have successfully completed an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
  • Previous experience preferred.
