About The Position

Stern at Home Therapy is expanding into Monroe, NY, and is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for full-time or part-time positions. This role involves providing rehabilitation directly to patients in their homes, supported by a clinical team. The position offers flexibility in scheduling and a consistent caseload, eliminating the need for patient sourcing.

Requirements

Active New York PTA license
Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
Comfortable working independently in a field-based setting
Strong communication and organizational skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Passion for delivering patient-centered care

Responsibilities

Deliver skilled PT treatments in patients' homes across the Monroe area
Work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist (including remote supervision)
Build relationships with a consistent patient caseload
Complete documentation using our streamlined process
Coordinate with patients, families, and the broader care team
