Key Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their team in the Frontenac, KS area, working in a skilled nursing facility. The role can be filled in either a PRN or Full-time capacity. Requirements

  • Accredited Education: Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Active Licensure: Current PTA license in the state of practice.
  • Ethical Compliance: Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Implement Care Plans: Execute the patient care plan developed by the Physical Therapist (PT), ensuring adherence to established protocols.
  • Advance Patient Progress: Facilitate patient advancement through their treatment plan, making adjustments as directed by the PT to optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate and enhance patient care, ensuring the achievement of individual goals.
