Requirements

• Current CA Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) License required
• Reliable Transportation and auto insurance
• Valid California Driver License
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Associate degree (Preferred)
• Home Health: 1 year (Preferred)
• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (Required)
• CPR or BLS Certification (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Entry level ok, no prior home health experience required
• Advanced computer system knowledge
• Bilingual (English/Spanish, English/Tagalog, English/Armenian) a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance to patients in a home health setting.
• Assist patients with exercises and treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and treatment details.
• Communicate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure patient safety and well-being during treatments.
