Our mission is to restore and enhance the form and function needed for an active lifestyle, going beyond just facilitating everyday activities. We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a unique hybrid position offering variety, challenge, and the chance to make a significant impact.
Requirements
- Licensed PTA who thrives in a team environment and is passionate about providing exceptional care.
- Proactive communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Adaptable professional who can efficiently manage caseloads, documentation, and scheduling.
- Someone ready to step in and maintain continuity of care in the absence of a PT, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
- Interest and/or expertise in pelvic health.
Responsibilities
- Manage a partial caseload of 4 visits per day, working alongside two experienced Physical Therapists (PTs).
- Assist in documenting sessions in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Build lasting relationships with patients and maintain their schedules to ensure a high completion rate of treatment plans.
- Step in to ensure continuity of care in the absence of a PT due to illness, vacation, or other duties.
- Manage patient schedules, adeptly handling rescheduling needs and future appointments to ensure efficient progression through the plan of care.
