About The Position

JLL's Global Security Technical Security team is a dynamic group of security professionals dedicated to protecting our client and corporate environments through cutting-edge physical security technologies. The team owns the full lifecycle — design, installation, configuration, maintenance, and administration — of integrated security systems spanning access control, intrusion detection, alarm monitoring, and video surveillance. We operate at the intersection of physical and logical security, partnering closely with Global Security, Global Real Estate, client teams, and JLL's Global Technology organization. As Physical Security Technology Lead, you will lead day-to-day operations of physical access control across client and corporate environments, reporting directly to the Global Owner for Access Control. You will manage a high-performing team responsible for internal customer service, security badge management, field-device support, and operational standards — while representing your regional teams in the design and testing of custom system enhancements. You will own critical platforms including Physical Identity Access Management (PIAM), Key & Asset Management, Visitor Management Systems, and mobile badge adoption — ensuring JLL and its clients remain at the leading edge of physical security technology. The team operates within an Agile/CI/CD software development framework, delivering continuous improvements to features and functionality.
