About The Position
National Wound Physician Group is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehab (PM&R) Physician for a role focused on wound management. This position offers clinical satisfaction, autonomy, flexibility, and a strong work-life balance with no nights, no call, and no weekend responsibilities. Physicians will become experts in wound management, learning from highly qualified trainers and utilizing cutting-edge technologies. The group provides physician-level wound management training and a wound fellowship. Physicians earn, on average, $300,000 per year plus benefits for a 30-hour work week, with part-time opportunities available. Physicians deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings such as Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals, conducting weekly wound rounds. This is a mobile practice where physicians visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients daily, with clinical documentation done in real-time using a proprietary wound-specific EMR. Paid training is provided during onboarding, along with a 6-month wound care fellowship. This is a W2 employment contract.
Requirements
- Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
- Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities
