As a Physical Inspections Technician, you support the quality organization by performing dimensional inspections that ensure the accuracy and conformity of machined aerospace components. You run coordinate measuring machine (CMM) programs, perform manual measurements using metrology tools, and verify part quality against specifications and engineering requirements. Your work helps ensure compliance with quality standards and directly supports production readiness and hardware reliability. This position requires U.S. person status under U.S. export control laws, including U.S. citizens and nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Runs coordinate measuring machine (CMM) programs to inspect machined components.
Operates multiple inspection machines and equipment simultaneously.
Monitors inspection processes and results to verify part quality.
Completes work orders, inspection documentation, and daily preventative maintenance records.
Promotes health and safety practices for self and teammates.
Supports quality and compliance by following all procedures and work instructions aligned with the AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS).
Completes all required training.
