About The Position
This is a Locum Tenens opportunity for a Physiatrist specializing in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation in Knoxville, TN. The role involves providing inpatient clinical coverage for an average daily census of 52 patients. The physiatrist will be responsible for patient rounding three days per week. Admissions, discharges, and medication reconciliation are handled by the medicine team. The position offers a supportive environment with a friendly and welcoming clinical staff. The coverage period is from June 1-5, 2026, with a shift schedule of 7 am to 4 pm. Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered by the agency.
Requirements
- Board Certified (BC) required.
- Licensed in TN.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient physiatry coverage for an average census of 52 patients.
