About The Position

We are seeking a Physiatrist to provide comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation care to patients with complex medical conditions. This role involves performing electrodiagnostic studies (EMG, nerve conduction studies) for diagnosis and management, managing acute and chronic pain conditions using a multimodal approach, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. The physiatrist will also conduct daily patient rounds, manage medical comorbidities, and oversee discharge planning.

Requirements

• Board Certified required
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification

• Experience with Traction/immobilization devices
• Experience with Diagnostic/Therapeutic taps
• Experience with Arthrocentesis
• Experience with Intra-discal electrothermal annuloplasty (IDET)
• Experience with Pain Management (excluding injections) Acute
• Experience with Pain Management (excluding injections) Chronic
• Experience with Injections (Joint, Trigger point)
• Experience with Blocks (Epidural, Facet #, Flouro-guided)
• Experience with Electrical stimulation
• Experience with Wound debridement
• Experience with Nerve Conduction studies
• Experience with Stress reduction/relaxation
