This practice is looking for a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician, experienced or trained in Pain Medicine, who will be given the autonomy to shape their schedule and be rewarded directly for their expertise. High-impact patient care will be provided in top-tier hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), long-term acute care hospitals (LTACs), and/or acute rehab centers. A Medical Director track is available, which includes dedicated administrative time and a leadership stipend.

Requirements

• MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• Passionate about patient care
• Collaborative by nature
• Looking to grow in a physician-led private practice

Nice To Haves

• Experienced or trained in Pain Medicine
• Experience and/or fellowship-trained in spinal cord injury, cancer rehab, amputee care, pediatrics, and brain injury medicine
• Open to new graduates

Responsibilities

• Provide high-impact patient care in top-tier hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), long-term acute care hospitals (LTACs), and/or acute rehab centers.
• Shape their own schedule with autonomy.
• Potentially serve as Medical Director, including dedicated administrative time and a leadership stipend.
• Work with a full multidisciplinary team, including APPs, physical and occupational therapists, and medical assistants.
• Focus on patient care, potentially utilizing optional medical scribes to streamline documentation.
