About The Position
We are seeking a BC/BE Physiatrist (PM&R Physician) to join our established, physician-led practice providing initial evaluations and follow-up care in skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation settings in the Cherry Hill, NJ area. Our physicians work closely with patients, families, rehabilitation teams, facility leadership, and other healthcare providers throughout the rehabilitation process. Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
- Active New Jersey medical license
- Active DEA and CDS
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
Responsibilities
- Perform PM&R consultations, initial evaluations, and follow-up care
- Round on patients and monitor functional progress
- Develop and manage individualized rehabilitation treatment plans
- Collaborate with rehab teams, PCPs, Orthopedists, PAs, facility leadership, and families
- Participate in interdisciplinary rehabilitation meetings as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation, coding, and billing
- Build strong relationships with facility teams and referral partners
