The PHP Treatment Manager will collaborate with the Chief Behavioral Health Officer to improve and assure clinical quality across all health center sites. This role involves supporting the BH internship supervisor by providing individual and group supervision and participating in weekly didactic seminars for interns. The manager will also conduct in-service trainings and education for staff, and participate in clinical group supervision, all-staff meetings, and BH Leadership Meetings. A key responsibility is providing individual, group, and/or family therapy for a half-time caseload while maintaining productivity. The role includes completing chart reviews accurately and on time in conjunction with the Behavioral Health Director and Chief BH Officer, and participating in BH quality initiatives. The manager must demonstrate understanding and commitment to the health center mission and established CHC Values and Standards. Additionally, the position involves collaborating with the marketing manager on marketing activities to ensure a steady stream of referrals, maintaining regular contact with referral sources for service coordination, and educating community providers about services and the referral process for day treatment services. The manager will create and maintain an effective treatment curriculum for clinicians, oversee documentation quality to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards, and facilitate groups when staff are insufficient. They will also maintain a staffing schedule to ensure group coverage by qualified clinicians, conduct interviews, and hire staff to maintain staffing levels, and ensure group coverage during vacations and holidays.
