About The Position

The PHP Treatment Manager will collaborate with the Chief Behavioral Health Officer to enhance and ensure clinical quality across all health center sites. This role involves supporting the BH internship supervisor, providing individual and group supervision, and participating in weekly didactic seminars for interns. The manager will also conduct in-service trainings and education for staff, attend clinical group supervision, all staff meetings, and BH Leadership Meetings. A key responsibility is providing individual, group, and/or family therapy for a half-time caseload while maintaining productivity. In conjunction with the Behavioral Health Director and Chief BH Officer, the manager will complete chart reviews accurately and on time, and participate in BH quality initiatives. The role requires demonstrating an understanding and commitment to the health center's mission, and the established CHC Values and Standards. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with the marketing manager on marketing activities to ensure a steady stream of referrals and maintain regular contact with referral sources for service coordination. Providing education to community providers and organizations about services and the referral process for day treatment services is also expected. The manager will create and maintain an effective treatment curriculum for clinicians, oversee the quality of documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards, and facilitate groups when staff is insufficient. Maintaining a staffing schedule that ensures group coverage by qualified clinicians, conducting interviews, and hiring staff to maintain staffing levels are crucial. The manager must also ensure group coverage during vacation and holiday times.

Requirements

  • LICSW or LMHC required.
  • 2 years of leadership experience in a behavioral health setting.
  • 2 years of PHP/Day Treatment services delivery.
  • Proficient in reading and writing in English.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities
