The role requires a candidate with a strong track record in academic and clinical excellence, including clinical practice, project participation, collaboration, leadership, research productivity, and a commitment to educational service. A proven ability to lead groups or projects is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be responsible for clinical coverage and quality assurance for photon therapy procedures, as well as participating in educational activities and leading and publishing peer-reviewed research. An applicant will also be expected to submit a research proposal summarizing their interests, goals, qualifications, potential for funding, and vision for collaboration. Preference will be given to candidates whose interests align with key initiatives such as MR-Linac program development, including MR-based adaptive radiation therapy (oART) treatment planning, delivery, quality assurance, and program management.
