We are seeking a highly skilled Photo Equipment Technician with ample experience working on photolithography equipment. The ideal candidate will possess broad knowledge of electronic, robotic, and pneumatic systems related to semiconductor manufacturing and demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot down to the component level when necessary. Requirements

  • Seeking 10+ years of experience in photolithography equipment.
  • Broad knowledge of electronic, robotic, and pneumatic systems in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Ability to troubleshoot to component level when necessary.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and using diagnostic tools.
  • Good understanding of the Photo Process.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as: ASML /100, ASML /700 Nikon SF100,130,155 TEL ACT 8 tracks Ultratech steppers

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance with root-cause solutions for all repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex systems using schematics, hand tools, DVM, oscilloscope, and other diagnostic equipment.
  • Implement solutions for continuous improvement in machine availability, cycle time, MTBF, scrap reduction, cost of ownership, and equipment downtime.
  • Develop model-based troubleshooting plans for extended tool downs.
  • Conduct data analysis of tool performance and drive improvement activities based on findings.
  • Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) to troubleshoot issues and assess tool health.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects using strong time management and project management skills.
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail and follow-up to maximize operational production and efficiency.
