About The Position

Mom365 is seeking an Area Manager who is passionate about capturing special moments, possesses leadership skills, and desires to mentor others. This role involves providing exceptional sales service while managing a team of talented photographers and overseeing hospital partnerships. The Area Manager will interact with moms, families, and hospital partners to commemorate baby's first moments through newborn photography and package sales. Experience in photography is not required, as enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are highly valued. The position offers a fulfilling career focused on creating lasting memories for families and leading a dedicated team of professionals.

Requirements

  • Beginner to mid-level photography skills with basic computer knowledge
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Ability to work independently in a hospital environment
  • Perform moderate physical activity
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Reliable transportation
  • Work weekends and holidays
  • Minimum 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Pass background checks and health screenings
  • Current vaccinations required (including COVID-19)
