This is a new position to allow newborn families to get more services. The Photography Lead is responsible for overseeing all photographic documentation and visual communication needs of the healthcare facility. This role involves collaborating with medical staff and ensuring that all visual content meets the highest standards for quality, compliance, and ethical guidelines. Requirements

  • Experience in a photography role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Expertise in camera equipment, lighting, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Dropbox)
  • Ability to produce high-quality images with precision, ensuring all visual content meets medical standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with medical staff and patients
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality in medical photography
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree Photography preferred
  • 2-3 years experience in a photography role, preferably in a healthcare setting
