About The Position

This is a part-time photography and sales position with a guaranteed pay of $16.60/hour and potential to earn commission up to $22.60/hr, specifically for daytime and weekend shifts. At Mom365, the mission is to capture, celebrate, and preserve families' most cherished moments, believing every baby deserves a beautiful portrait. As a Mom365 photographer, you will be an integral part of a family's unforgettable journey, interacting with moms, families, and hospital partners to bring joy and warmth while creating stunning portraits. The role requires dedication to providing exemplary service and pride in one's craft, turning passion into purpose to make every baby’s first moments truly unforgettable.

Requirements

• Seeking compassionate caregivers
• Beginner to mid-level photography skills with basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work independently in a hospital environment, perform moderate physical activity, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation; work weekends and holidays.
• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass background checks and health screenings; current vaccinations required (including COVID-19).
• Candidates must pass a 12-panel drug test, including THC.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in maternal or newborn settings preferred
• Preferred experience in sales and customer service with strong verbal communication.
