About The Position

Associated Students Inc., CSUF provides student development opportunities through leadership, volunteer, and employment experiences. In addition, the Associated Students provides campus community members with important social, cultural, and recreational opportunities, as well as, a wide range of programs and services.

Under supervision of the Marketing, Communications and Design Manager, the Photographer will work to cover and documents events as well as work to produce content through creative photo shoots for ASI and will be responsible for all aspects of photography such as shooting and editing.

Requirements

• Must be a currently enrolled California State University Fullerton student in good academic standing.
• 2 years experience shooting, editing photo projects utilizing DSLR/Mirrorless camera workflows is preferred

Nice To Haves

• Major in Radio-TV-Film or relevant communications major strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the ASI Marketing and Design creative team
• Shoot, edit, and finalize photo content for marketing and communications of ASI programs, events, and internal corporate communications
• Document major and minor ASI events as requested
• Maintain and update server archive of all photography for the organization
• Other duties as assigned
• Establishes and maintains working relationships with various A.S. and University departments
• Ensures all operations are conducted with safety of staff and customers as first priority, and in accordance with the Injury and Illness Prevention Plan and other safety policies.
• Reports accidents to supervisor and reviews changes required to avoid reoccurrence.
• Reports maintenance problems and/or broken and unsafe equipment to the appropriate party or supervisor immediately
