About The Position
Provide all passengers, at boarding and on board the cruise, the opportunity to photograph their experience aboard a Gateway Clipper Fleet Cruise. Arrange props and stanchions for the optimal photograph for our passengers. Provide excellent customer service by taking care of all passengers in a timely, courteous, efficient and individualized manner. Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest and maintain a safe environment by identifying problem situations and resolving the situation. Uphold compliance with all company policies and procedures. Complete all paperwork and closing duties in accordance with company standards. Maintain a well-kept appearance in accordance with company standards.
Requirements
- Leadership Skills – Must be able to take command of photography operation
- Organization and Time Management Skills
- Communications Skills – Team Player, Customer Oriented
- Sales Skills – Upselling, Suggestive Selling
- Customer Service Skills – Assist Customer with any issues
- Photography: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide all passengers, at boarding and on board the cruise, the opportunity to photograph their experience aboard a Gateway Clipper Fleet Cruise
- Ability to use photographic equipment including digital cameras and photo printing equipment
- Approach all guests to offer our photo opportunities in a friendly, upbeat manner
- Ability to suggestively sell passengers on the variety of services and packages offered
- Capacity to work both indoors and outdoors during all seasons
- Arrange props and stanchions for the optimal photograph for our passengers
- Provide excellent customer service by taking care of all passengers in a timely, courteous, efficient and individualized manner
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest and maintain a safe environment by identifying problem situations and resolving the situation
