About The Position

The Photographer II uses photographic and video equipment to capture a subject, place, or event. Understands and adheres to photography/videography guidelines and standards. Has thorough knowledge and experience with concepts like composition, lighting, and balance. Helps sift through content to identify valuable photos or videos. May stage subjects or areas for capture and may work directly with clients. Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. serves as a holding company with multiple subsidiaries engaged in several lines of business (Business Services, Health, Infrastructure and Engineering, Mission Optimization, Technology and Transportation) for the federal government and commercial enterprises. Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance at the FAA VAP for access to systems, facilities, equipment, and property.
  • Strong editing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two to four (2-4) years’ relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Responsibilities

  • Captures high-quality images for various projects, including marketing campaigns, events, editorial, product photography, and more.
  • Collaborates with clients and team members to develop creative concepts that align with project goals and brand identity.
  • Edits and retouches images using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) to ensure the final product meets quality standards.
  • Maintains and manages photography equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and up to date with industry standards.
  • Communicates effectively with clients to understand their needs, present ideas, and ensure satisfaction throughout the photography process.
