About The Position

In your role as a Photo Process Technician, you’ll be responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing and/or system operations. This includes working with engineers and manufacturing in set-up and calibration tasks, system support, preventative maintenance, failure analysis, documenting/following standard operating procedures, and performing rework and quality testing related to the process and production of memory chips and logic. You will use sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct in-line adjustments to products, instruments, equipment, or processes. You will also determine and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. This role requires compliance with all health, safety, and environmental management system guidelines.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or other technical certification.
  • Experienced Pharmacy Tech, Dental Assistant or other medical technologist (external equivalent).
  • 4 years equivalent technical Military service.
  • Familiarity with SPC methods and implementation.
  • Familiar with TPM concepts.
  • Focused on continuous improvement in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Following standard operating procedures to ensure equipment/ processes/systems are running effectively.
  • Conducting failure analysis and following scripts to troubleshoot and anticipate future failures.
  • Monitoring equipment and processes in current state and proactively looking for ways to improve processes.
  • Working in a team environment and effectively communicating throughout the organization.
