About The Position

Perform installation, functionality, and maintenance of equipment toolsets including all the hardware and software in the toolset, as well as the interface to any other systems that the tool must connect to for its accurate operation. Maintain the tool performance as measured by availability to production and primary quality metrics and use data analysis to drive the priority equipment engineering within the area. Perform and facilitate audits and submit catches on safety issues to proactively reduce incidents of personal injuries, safety hazards, or environmental impact. Maintain tools according to documentation and guidelines. Partner with suppliers, process owners, and Shift Engineers/ Technicians to complete daily activities. Analyze data to make critical decisions and drive cost-reduction activities. Provide support for advanced problems and address root causes. Partner with HVM sites to identify gaps and opportunities for workstation efficiencies, such as reviewing SPC, ETI, and Y3 to identify PM frequency optimization Opportunities. Handle inventory lists and levels to ensure we have the parts for planned and unplanned maintenance events. Partner with equipment owners to develop, prioritize, and run projects. Engagement in all activities involving construction diagrams and CAD files (e.g., ProZ and ProDICE construction diagrams, NTD construction drawing) indicates capability in reading or coordinating engineering documentation. Direct responsibilities of photo equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, tool performance improvement, uptime support, and process equipment interaction. Measured by uptime and wafer output. Regular work with engineering, drafting, construction, and supplier contacts (TEL, drafting teams, CT teams) shows strong cross group communication and coordination skills. Contribute to technical discussions and multi stakeholder email threads suggests involvement in resolving equipment issues, tool design questions, or spec clarifications.
