About The Position

As a Telephone and Cashier Support Agent, you will be the first voice our clients hear, handling all telephone inquiries with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. You will also manage various administrative and cashier tasks to support the smooth operation of the Boutique and Head Office, embodying CHANEL's commitment to customer service excellence, product knowledge, personal presentation, and teamwork.

Requirements

  • At least 1 to 3 years of successful experience in a customer service role (retail or call center experience is an asset).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills (essential).
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and some flexibility based on business needs.
  • Comfortable collaborating with different departments and teams.
  • Proficiency in English; French is an asset.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in retail or a call center is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide impeccable telephone reception and exceptional customer service.
  • Accurately take and promptly relay messages to Fashion Advisors.
  • Build trusting relationships with clients by responding promptly and adequately to all internal and external requests.
  • Assist at the cash register for rigorous transaction management.
  • Ensure cash and packaging areas are always ready and stocked.
  • Prepare packaging and contribute to gift wrapping of parcels as needed.
  • Offer seamless support to colleagues by responding quickly to requests from clients, Boutique management, and Head Office.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with CHANEL teams, whether within your own Boutique, other Boutiques, or Head Office.
  • Adopt a helpful, reliable, and flexible attitude, remaining available and supportive according to business needs.
  • Maintain the strictest confidentiality regarding commercial activities and internal company affairs.
