They partner with multiple top-tier brands/clients globally, providing customer service, content moderation, trust and safety, community management, and social media services. Clients are described as top-tier, hip, contemporary, and very current, whose customers expect the best service and support. Mods are expected to assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns, and help customers understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services.
