About The Position

ModSquad is seeking Mod Contractors to join their network for Phones and Tickets Customer Support roles. They partner with multiple top-tier brands/clients globally, providing customer service, content moderation, trust and safety, community management, and social media services. Clients are described as top-tier, hip, contemporary, and very current, whose customers expect the best service and support. Mods are expected to assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns, and help customers understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services. Project gigs are available now with more on the horizon. ModSquad has been reinventing the Customer Experience Services industry since 2007, working with startups and Fortune 500 companies. They support over 50 languages in more than 90 countries and are primarily a remote company.

Requirements

  • Customer service-oriented mods
  • Ability to follow a written workflow
  • Available weekdays and weekends
  • Friendly tone
  • Willingness to adjust for feedback and help the team
  • Willingness to take shifts whenever the project is in need of people
  • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
  • Quality headset
  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone

Responsibilities

  • Assist and guide customers to the right answers.
  • Solve customer concerns.
  • Act as a GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services.
