Requirements

A positive attitude is a must!
Work under limited supervision.
Must be a self-starter.
Excellent communication skills over the phone and in person.
Proficient computer and keyboarding skills.
Solid documentation skills.
Ability to search internally and externally for support information.
Experience handling challenging and unique situations.

Nice To Haves

Ability to troubleshoot apps on a smartphone, iPhone, or Android is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service 100% of the time.
Answer incoming customer calls and log all resolutions.
Troubleshoot questions regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues from customers throughout the United States and Canada.
Assigned special projects as needed.
Call CAT Scale locations throughout the United States and Canada to continue service and repairs as needed.
Assist drivers in signing up for a Weigh My Truck account.
Communicate with various departments within the CAT Scale Company.
Escalate issues to the next level of support as needed.
Shift flexibility performing services for a 24/7 Help Desk.
