About The Position

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting customers by handling inquiries, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to calculate discounts, commissions, percentages, proportions, and measurements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • English required

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish is a plus
  • Previous customer service or clerical experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and direct calls or messages to the appropriate department
  • Assist customers with questions, concerns, and product availability
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to incoming customer emails in a timely manner
  • Conduct daily outbound follow-up calls and emails with customers
  • Check inventory availability and product pricing
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
  • Coordinate with store representatives and internal teams as needed
  • Receive and process sales invoices
  • Enter invoice details into customer transaction spreadsheets and reports
