The Illinois Department of Revenue is hiring a Phone Section Manager (Public Service Administrator Option 2) for the Central Registration Division in their Springfield office. This position is responsible for overseeing the staff of phone unit professionals. The candidate will have experience as a leader in a variety of areas including but not limited to community service groups, various professional positions and/or as a project manager. This position also resolves highly sensitive inquiries initiated from the State’s executive and legislative branches, the Director’s office, as well as State and Federal agencies.
