Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic office software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations

Nice To Haves

  • Additional administrative or healthcare-related training preferred
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service environment is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner
  • Perform clerical duties related to daily front office operations, including updating and organizing patient charts
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from patients, caregivers, and staff members promptly and courteously
  • Answer a multiline telephone system professionally, directing calls to appropriate personnel
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient information within the PM/EHR system
  • Support administrative tasks to ensure efficient front office workflow
