About The Position
The Telephone Monitor will contact program participants and/or families on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy of services being provided by YAP (Youth Advocate Programs) staff and to ensure satisfaction of said services. The Phone Monitor will provide written documentation of feedback provided by program participants and families to the Monitoring Manager and Director of Compliance Risk Management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus.
Responsibilities
