FMX is seeking a high-energy, Phone-Based Market Research Intern to support our go-to-market team through structured market research. This is not a passive internship. You will spend the majority of your day on the phone (80%+), speaking directly with facilities, operations, and finance professionals to gather real-world insights into CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), Utilities and energy management tools, Capital planning and asset lifecycle systems, Adjacent operational software categories, and Identifying the buyers for these solutions. This internship sits at the intersection of sales, product, and strategy. By capturing real-world data, you will directly influence our go-to-market strategy and long-term growth. Your work will directly inform FMX’s product strategy, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
