Nebraska Methodist College (NMC) is seeking an Adjunct Instructor for Professional Development (PD) to serve as an assistant lab instructor for the Phlebotomy program. This role involves managing the online learning environment, monitoring student progress, entering grades for lab activities, and tracking clinical requirements. The instructor will also support in-person lab sessions with demonstrations and hands-on guidance, and assist with student competency assessments, including live draw check-offs and practical finals. The position requires a commitment to NMC's mission and values, fostering a positive learning environment, and maintaining equipment. The instructor will also be expected to train and teach in other educational roles within the department as needed, such as Nursing Assistant Instructor, Medication Aide Instructor, Nursing Assistant State Tester, and RN Refresher Instructor. This role also includes administrative tasks such as answering phones, triaging calls, participating in team meetings, copying and scanning materials, and assisting with skills sign-offs and evaluations.
