About The Position

This position is an entry point for the pool of qualified applicants to be selected for anticipated part-time temporary positions working under the guidance of the Texas State Technical College Corporate College. Instructors may be required to develop customized training curriculum and /or provide instruction for workforce development and industrial training clients.

Requirements

• Two years related experience relevant to subject needs.
• Current phlebotomy certification (e.g., NHA, ASPT, AMCA, or equivalent)
• Knowledge of phlebotomy procedures, safety standards, and patient care

Nice To Haves

• Teaching or training experience in a healthcare or workforce setting
• Experience in clinical coordination or healthcare partnerships

Responsibilities

• Develop curriculum for a variety of educational projects including but not limited to continuing education, apprenticeships, contract and industrial training, and other special training projects, as well as international programs.
• Deliver instruction for a variety of educational projects including but not limited to continuing education, apprenticeships, contract and industrial training, and other special training projects, as well as international programs.
• Complete documentation including grades, etc., as required by the supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned
