Whether you are just starting your career, or have some phlebotomy experience, we're here to help you leverage the extensive phlebotomy training provided, develop your talents, and perform at your best. Your impact as a Mobile Phlebotomist is vital. You will assist Vitalant's donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations withing a 200-mile range while creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community. Schedule: Monday - Friday - Varied Hours, Occasional Weekends. Include 8-12 overnight stays per month (All Expenses: hotel room and food Paid by the company). Base pay: $20 /Hour Start Date: 9/14/2026 Training Information: 10-week Paid Mandatory Training program - 100% attendance required. Including 8 weeks in Fargo, ND Monday - Friday 7:00am -5:30pm; for classroom training and then field training follows the mobiles. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED - Required
  • Active driver's license with a clean driving record - Required
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Able to lift 40 pounds - Required
