About The Position

We are seeking a Phlebotomist to provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service. This role involves performing venipuncture on patients of all ages, collecting and preparing non-blood specimens, and ensuring proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering. The ideal candidate will champion safety, compliance, and quality control. This position has routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI), and employees are expected to maintain strict confidentiality and abide by all applicable privacy and security standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians

Responsibilities
